A Happy Holiday Season

Which thoughts do you relate to this time of the year?

I guess most of us link Christmas time to strong emotions, to our family, to our friends, and – ultimately – to ourselves. Many of us make new year resolutions. Hopefully a good part of them will be realized, to release a new portion of positive emotions and to make us happier.

All important things in life - both private and business - are linked to emotions. Career and money are not unique ingredients of people's happiness. Think of this when next time you try to "motivate" your staff, your friends, or your family member.

If I had only one Christmas wish I would love to see more people use their positive emotions to make others' lives a bit better. If you want to learn how a smile changes people, then watch the short film below. It can be a good fun to watch it with your family on Christmas day.

An idea: Use these relaxed days of the Holiday Season to re-think your vision for the next 2-3 years, and outline your strategy to get there. In January, define the necessary steps to put your strategy into action.
