Consulting packages boost profitability

Exactly! I am ready to pay real money for real thing. I want to see result. And I meen my position is not unique. Now, in crisis-time terms of "optimisation" & "rising coefficient of performance" are most useful in allsize business (in small, like mine, and in middle&large, like my clients).

From an overall economics perspective the approach of packaging is absolutely not new, BUT so far not really leveraged in the area of Business Process Management and Process Consulting. With NewPace this is the first time that I recognize such an approach, even more in a very comprehensive setup. From my viewpoint, packaged and at the same time flexible offerings are an excellent way to provide full visibility on targets and expected deliverables as well as related costs. Furthermore this is a very good way to leverage customer experiences for continoues improvement while creating scalable and repeatable solutions.
