New Pace is partner of the largest job fair in Switzerland

14th October 2009: As official partner of the Forum EPFL 2009, New Pace presented at this largest graduates job fair in Switzerland, Lausanne. A great number of highly qualified and motivated people approached us to evaluate employment options. Indeed, we were very delighted to have valuable business exchanges with numerous exhibiting companies.

The enthusiastic feedback on our brand and on our innovative approach for business process management proves again that we are on the right track to deliver more value to our clients. Thanks to all who have contributed!

Our HR Focus Talks

To add more value for all companies at the fair we ran four focus talks on HR topics.
Subject: how business process management can be a quick and sustainable help to achieve higher operational performance and employee motivation at once:

  • Executive search – High costs with little outcome?
Innovative solutions beyond the “Find & Replace”.
  • Employee motivation – The eternal HR quest
The trick lies in the processes
  • Hiring process efficiency
How come we lost the best candidate on the way?
  • HR process management
Make your HR department a benchmark for the whole company.

Find more details on our web pages or in our pdf.

We look forward to the next fairs.
