When do you podcast?

All changes in organisations depend on the emotional buy-in of the people who must deal with the consequences. So, how do you obtain an advantage in the game? One effective way is to transmit information through channels that are popular in private lives, but still hardly used in organisations – like podcasting.

These are the key factors for the success of your podcast:

  1. Emotions. People will listen more if the message touches them emotionally. Personal anecdotes and humour are good ways to unleash emotions.
  2. Authenticity. The content must be authentic. That’s where many internal marketing messages fail. Avoid fancy statements. Instead, show your competence through credible content.
  3. Value. Always provide something of value. Listeners should remember takeaways that they are eager to share with their colleagues.

By the way, podcasts are easy to produce. so try it yourself or ask your marketing department.

And now – time to download our new podcast. Have fun!
