Our Management team

Volkmar Völzke, CEO, Principal Consultant, Co-Founder

Volkmar has more than 20 years of international professional experience as a business process principal, senior business analyst, controller, consultant, and IT expert in large companies such as SAP and Siemens. Most recently, he managed financial steering and on-site process reviews in more than 15 European countries, and set up business-process management programs in Japan, the United States, and Latin America. Volkmar consults on strategy development, strategy implementation, and effective business process management.

Volkmar is one of those people you find very seldom, who have an outstanding competence to think analytically, abstractly and drive conceptual thinking and on the same level combine this with high interpersonal competence in terms of team-orientation and in guiding and inspiring others in a highly positive manner.

Natalia Filchakova, Consultant, Project Manager, Co-Founder

Natalia is well-versed in project management, including co-management of large international projects. She is also an expert in dynamic and process modelling, integrated assessment, and participatory management. Natalia combines a global mindset and fluency in English, German, French, and Russian with excellent structuring, communication and moderation skills. Natalia leads New Pace Project and consults on effective strategy development and communication.

New Pace Consulting SA is member of the British-Swiss Chamber of Commerce (BSCC), and Volkmar Völzke serves as membership officer at the Geneva chapter.
