On the occasion of the Christmas reception at the Embassy of Russian Federation in Swiss Confederation his Excellence the Ambassador Mr. Igor Bratchikov presented Ms. Natalia Filchakova an award for her significant contribution to the development of bilateral Swiss-Russian cultural relationships. Natalia's contribution has been recognised as instrumental to the success of the 2010 landmark project Stalingrad Volgograd Mémoire.

The Award Season begins...

Barcelona, 21 November 2010 

Toastmasters International, a world-wide organisation for effective communication, and its Continental Europe region award Natalia Filchakova a special prize, Area Governor of the Year 2009-2010. This award represents the highest recognition provided to area leaders (sub-country managers) for outstanding achievements in area management. In total, continental Europe is operated by some 40 area governors. Through her strong and empathetic leadership Natalia not only achieved a retention rate of 70% but also doubled the area in size.

What stood out among the nominations for us was how you led your team, setting up taskforce teams and getting assistants involved, which shows the capabilities of a true leader. You have focused on goals and gone the extra mile to encourage, motivate and inspire...

Project Tender for Cultural Projects 2011 Closed

We are delighted to announce that over 20 applications were submitted in response to the call for Swiss-Russian cultural projects 2011, launched by Natalia Filchakova @ New Pace Project. 

All applications have featured a remarkable creativity and a high quality of the proposed artistic work. As a result of the first selection round, 11 projects have been shortlisted for a more in-depth presentation. 

We believe that at this stage even the mere process of presenting their creative idea offers considerable value to the artists, allowing them to better assess the value of their work and set priorities for their development. It is therefore a pleasure to receive a positive feedback from the artists along the process so far.

Business setup in Russia: What is really important

All businesses that intend to start in Russia face one commom challenge that is more important than any  business plan, strategy, or promising customer contact. This challenge is: to approach the right people at the right time with the right message using the best medium.

NEW: Project Tender for Cultural Projects 2011

In view of the enhancing cultural exchange between Switzerland and Russia, Natalia Filchakova @New Pace Project has launched a limited tender for Swiss-Russian cultural projects.

The tender is targeted at artists, associations or other governmental or non-governmental organisations active in Swiss-Russian cultural life, planning specific cultural project(s) for 2011 in Switzerland, and seeking sponsorship support.

Qualified project applications selected by the end of October 2010 will be presented to interested parties, including potential sponsors, donors and art patrons. Successful project plans will be granted targeted sponsoring support.

Das Projekt "Stalingrad-Wolgograd" erhielt eine Sonder-Auszeichnung

Das schweizerisch-russische Kulturprojekt "Stalingrad Wolgograd" unter Leitung von Natalia Filchakova zog 50'000 Zuschauern in seinen Bann und erhielt einen Sonderpreis des russischen Präsidenten.

Die Assoziation Stalingrad Volgograd Mémoire freut sich, Ihnen mitzuteilen, dass Maurice Schobinger, der Projektautor, eine Sonderauszeichnung für seinen besonderen Beitrag zur Erinnerung an den zweiten Weltkrieg und an die Festlichkeiten des Kriegsende vom russischen Präsidenten D. Medwedew erhalten hat. Maurice Schobinger ist der einzige Schweizer, der diese Auszeichnung im Jahr 2010 erhielt.
Die Verleihung der Urkunde fand am 27. September 2010 in der Botschaft der Russischen Föderation in Bern statt.

Recent projects: Stalingrad Volgograd Mémoire

The collaboration of Association Stalingrad Volgograd Mémoire, led by Maurice Schobinger, celebrated Swiss photographer, and Natalia Filchakova @New Pace Project has stretched over nearly two years and produced some spectacular results.

From 2009 and through September 2010 New Pace Project has been a partner of the Swiss-Russian cultural project Stalingrad Volgograd Mémoire (Stalingrad Wolgograd / Сталинград Волгоград. Долг памяти), concept of Maurice Schobinger.

A Western Switzerland regional event for communication, public speaking and business networking, concept & organisation by Natalia Filchakova @New Pace Project, attracted forty participants - business practitioners interested in improving their public speaking skills - for a half-day workshop program at Geneva Lake. 

This late May 2010 event was offered to the members of Geneva-Lausanne business community, interested in improving their communication & presentation skills, including members of Toastmasters International. Natalia Filchakova provided project leadership in the following areas:
